“The work that I'm doing, my life's work, is to teach people how to love themselves, so they will be more emotionally available for their children, for their families, to be able to handle situations when emotions are super high and intelligence is low, to be able to be advocates for animals or care about- you know our waterways and our earth and you know, be more connected to life around them. They're like if you're in your 80s or 90s and somebody is shouting at you to get to your appointment like.It's a lot of pressure to put on myself, but I've been blessed to, you know, be gifted a lot of valuable information, a lot of beautiful teachings, a lot of beautiful teachers and support system that I can, and my hope is that you too will get to a place where you love yourself so much that your standards are so high that you've seen somebody else being treated with not dignity and respect.”
