“We're looking at ways to support people in different ways than we probably normally would. If you're already experiencing any kind of a social anxiety or a feeling less than the other people who are in the store, that could be a fairly traumatic thing, whereas some of us say: hey, yay, I got to go to the grocery store and get out of my house exactly exactly.”
