I felt that my work with facilitating has been a big part of my healing the past seven years. It's time for me to start being who I want to be authentically more and not just the mom and the wife because that's basically how I've been. That wasn't a bad thing. But I also knew at some point... I don't know how to help myself. I didn't know how to help them. And I really didn't even think there was any help out there. I guess we weren't trained in any sort of way to say you know go to somebody have so many kids being abused and I really don't know what was out there then.
