That's where Steve found himself before a surprise intervention set him on the path to recovery.
Now, with 30 years of sobriety under his belt, Steve is not just surviving; he's thriving and helping others do the same. He still attends numerous meetings, sponsors others, and serves as the Executive Director for RCOSA, a sober living community in Chicago. Steve believes that nothing helps maintain sobriety like working intensely with other alcoholics. His commitment to sober living is unwavering, and his story is a testament to the power of community and support in recovery.
