So, no matter what, as a leader, I wish I would have known this, and I can now learn this throughout my time in the military is: don't be afraid to receive criticism if you want to keep your guys late, so you can teach them shit because it's important, so that when your time is done, they can say: I learned this because of that person and I'm going to fucking teach it to them.”
