She’s also founder of See Fit where she coaches people back to optimal health when they just can’t quite put their finger on why they feel bad. She is also very active on Social Media helping educate people in a fun way when it comes to being healthy. She has bi-weekly IG lives on all things health and wellness and LIFE. She has been on over 20 podcast educating people through her own personal journey and education. Sam also experienced addiction, and was addicted to meth amongst other things. Sam sold drugs and ended up in prison for two years. She had 13 years of sobriety and relapsed, however, she is now back in recovery.
