Thursday, 30 January 2025 was a laid-back day for Luke Hand. He spent the day relaxing at home, brainstorming ideas for a noise music project and playing some unique tunes on his guitar in the Phrygian mode. Work was uneventful, but a tasty staff meal brightened his mood. A colleague's question about describing life in three words added a moment of reflection. After work, Luke rode home, showered, snacked, and called it a night.
With mood and energy both rated at 4 out of 10, it was just another day in the journey of sobriety.
