And- big point, sorry about to be real lame. From my perspective, you don't have to live in fear of yourself or continual self-limitation anymore, but you do have to do the inner work to re-examine and re-calibrate those portions of you, to understand what their weaknesses and strengths are, what they've seen, what information they contain and how you can utilize all of it for your best self.
