I felt at odds with everything. Terrible feeling. Being able to put my head down and work on pulling weeds from a tiny bit of the garden was perfect. Knowing now that I can try to design my life and try to control situations so that I'm not fucked up further when I'm already in a fucked up mood has been a very good thing to have learned recently.
Ever had one of those days where everything feels off? In this episode, Luke Hand opens up about a particularly rough day, rating his mood at a low 3 and his energy at 4. Luke doesn't shy away from the gritty details, sharing how his autism diagnosis has given him new tools to understand and manage these challenging moments. With a mix of frustration and reflection, he talks about how he's learning to navigate life with this new awareness.
Despite the tough day, Luke finds a silver lining in his gratitude for the diagnosis and the insights it brings. If you've ever felt overwhelmed by your emotions or sought ways to better understand yourself, Luke's honest reflections offer a relatable and encouraging perspective.
