Erin Faith the creator of The Oya Collective, LLC, is a woman who realized that she was living out of alignment with who she really was and what she was called to do. Many women have been conditioned to live a certain way, be a certain way, and do things that cause them to deny their authentic selves and purpose.  Once she started the journey of getting in touch with who she really was, there was no looking back. She made the commitment that she would always strive to live life in alignment with her authentic self, even if it went against the norm.
