I am helping other survivors by helping them to design a piece of jewelry that will serve as a tangible reminder of their healing, and by that I mean I help them design it, and then I find an angel sponsor to pay for the piece.
What happens when a survivor turns their pain into a beacon of hope for others? In this episode of N.A.R.C. Troopers, we hear from Tina, a survivor of narcissistic abuse who has transformed her healing journey into a mission to support others. Tina's story is both heart-wrenching and inspiring. After enduring and recognizing the abuse she faced, she found the strength to leave her toxic relationship. But her journey didn't stop there.
She channeled her experiences into creating '11:11 Messages of Hope from Angels', a non-profit initiative that helps other survivors design personalized jewelry pieces that symbolize their path to recovery. Each piece is funded by an 'Angel Sponsor', making it a community effort of healing and support. Throughout the episode, Tina opens up about the 'golden period' of narcissistic abuse, the manipulation tactics used by narcissists, and the trauma and PTSD that often follow.
