But I think I just want to say that the tool really kind of basic but once I got into a step group and what, what I did was I, um, I was on an Al-Anon meeting and, uh, I was kind of like checking out if people had mentioned ACA or if they, you know, talked about growing up with alcoholism or mental illness because I had both.
