The reality here is that, let's just take, for instance, we've talked about on the show borderline personality disorder. One of the ways and one of the basic understandings about that that I think I understand is that you feel emotional realities way more intensely than is typical. Like happy is really happy scared is really scared anger and irritability is really irritability like it's exemplified whatever it is that you're feeling and so somebody that has borderline personality disorder through no fault of their own has a way more difficult job managing their their feelings and mental health and and that sucks but i think you're right there are other people that are pretty level just don't have a lot.

Ever wondered how your finances tie into your mental health? In this episode of 'Through a Therapist's Eyes,' Chris Gazdik, along with guests Neil and Adam, take a deep dive into the emotional and financial highs and lows of September. The episode kicks off with an exciting announcement about their new sponsor, First Horizon Bank, and features a special guest, Evan Moss, who brings a fresh perspective on the link between financial stress and mental well-being.

They don't just stop at dollars and cents, though. The conversation flows into the realm of emotional freedom. Do you truly feel emotionally free? If not, this episode offers some eye-opening insights on how to achieve it. They wrap up by tackling the tricky topic of hurt feelings and why it's essential to remember that getting hurt is never your fault.

With a mix of professional advice and personal anecdotes, this episode is a must-listen for anyone looking to balance their emotional and financial well-being.
