Coaching in the sense of, I noticed that when you do this thing it causes dissension it's actually a problem for everybody else and we've got to be able to collaborate so that's not an effective behavior let's brainstorm some other things you could do when you blah blah blah and and you're coaching I like the terminology and language you use is absolutely brilliant Liz.
